Alan Dershowitz Reveals Who Hamas Is Really Working Against

Havard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz on Tuesday revealed who he actually believes is the real enemy of the Palestinian people.

Dershowitz, in an opinion piece on the Daily Caller, maintained that Hamas is the real enemy of the Palestinian people.

“The most anti-Palestinian entity in the world is Hamas,” Dershowitz wrote. “It has killed and exiled elected officials from the Palestinian Authority. It has stolen food, fuel and medical supplies from the Palestinian people. It has used Palestinian children and women as human shields. It has prevented Gaza’s civilians from moving south and away from Israeli bombing. It has denied Gazans education and religious and political freedom. It has made life miserable for its people. It has caused the deaths of more Palestinians than Israel has. All this was well before the war Hamas started with its massacres, which the terrorist group knew would make things worse for Gazan civilians.”

Dershowitz added that Hamas’ real intention behind the Oct. 7 attack on Israel was to force the Jewish Nation into responding forcefully so the world would see the dead Palestinian babies that the terror organization used as human shields. As Israel’s military ground operation intensifies, Dershowitz believes things will get much more difficult for Palestinians.

“Now things have gotten much worse and are likely to get even more serious, as Hamas hoards Gaza’s remaining fuel and humanitarian supplies,” Dershowitz continued. “This is all the fault of Hamas and its puppet master Iran.

Dershowitz added that Hamas’ attack on Israel was to disrupt the peace pact between Israel and Saudi Arabia.

“Hamas realized Israel and Saudi Arabia were on the verge of making a peace that would have required Israel to limit its West Bank settlements and move toward a two-state solution, which would have been good for Palestinians,” Dershowitz added. Such a peace would have been a game-changer. And it would have marginalized Hamas and other terrorist groups that oppose peace and any two-state solution that allows Israel to continue to exist.”

Dershowitz blasted pro-Palestinian protests on university campuses in the U.S. and the world in general. The law professor argued that none of their protests and rallies actually supported Palestine. Dershowitz maintained that all the protests have been anti-Israel, pro-Hamas, pro-terrorism and often antisemitic.

“It is anything but pro-Palestinian to back the anti-Palestinian policies of Hamas and its supporters,” Dershowitz added. “Yet the media persist in calling these vicious anti-Israel and anti-Jewish rallies ‘pro-Palestinian,’ making them seem more positive and acceptable to the public. The same is true of anti-Israel and pro-Hamas organizations such as Students for Justice in Palestine. That group is against justice for Palestinians. It seeks injustice for Israel and Jews. It hides its true beliefs behind a name entirely misleading about its goals and means. The time has come for good people to understand this is not a conflict between pro-Palestinian and pro-Israel people.”
