Jim Jordan Highlights Four Key Facts In Biden Impeachment Inquiry

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) highlighted four key facts against President Joe Biden as Congress ramps up its impeachment inquiry against the president.

Amid revelations of mounting evidence of corruption against the Biden family, Jordan told Breitbart News that four facts relating to the Bidens and Ukrainian energy firm Bursima could play a pivotal role in the president’s impeachment inquiry.

“The central facts revolve around Burisma because that tells the story,” Jordan said. “The four central facts are one, Hunter Biden was put on the board of Burisma and paid a boatload of money. Two, he wasn’t qualified to serve on the board of Burisma. Three, Burisma asked him to weigh in with D.C. to help them with the prosecutor who was applying pressure to them, who was investigating them. Four, Joe Biden goes to Ukraine, leverages American tax dollars to fire that prosecutor. Those are four central facts that are never going to change.

Jordan added that those four facts are consistent with the evidence in the 1023 form that a confidential human source provided to the FBI. Jordan noted that the form showed Biden, while he was vice president, took policy actions and provided preferential treatment in exchange for money going to members of the Biden family.

The 1023 form Jordan referred to is an FBI document that showed that then-Vice President Biden pressured Burisma’s founder to pay him and his son, Hunter Biden, $10 million in bribes. The bribe was allegedly paid so Biden could step in and end the corruption investigation into Burisma and its top executives.

Biden ultimately pressured the Ukrainian government to its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma at the time.

Shokin now maintains that he believes Biden was bribed to have him fired.

“My firm personal conviction is that, yes, this was the case,” Shokin told Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade in an exclusive interview. “They were being bribed. The fact that Joe Biden gave away $1 billion in U.S. money in exchange for my dismissal, my firing, isn’t that alone a case of corruption?”

The former Ukrainian top prosecutor added that his investigation was getting intense and Hunter, who was sitting on Bursima’s board at the time, was about to get caught in the investigation when Biden had him fired.

“We have to believe that Mr. Biden was told that we were going to start questioning his son and others,” Shokin said. “Archer and others. All involved in the Burisma case. And everyone understood very well that this fight was going to end badly for them. I am practically convinced that Biden had understood what was looming. We were advancing, me and my colleagues, and we were about to reach the outcome of this case. Having understood all this, Biden used all the unofficial means at his disposal.”
