WWE Star Turns Real-life Hero In Horrific Car Crash Drama

Famous wrestling icon Hulk Hogan turned into a hero after witnessing a terrifying car accident.

The 70-year-old retired wrestler rescued a 17-year-old girl, identified as Terry Bollea, following a car crash near his home in Florida. Sources reported that Hogan was traveling along the highway in Florida with his wife, Sky Daily, and his friend, Jake Rask, when they witnessed the crash.

A car swerved across multiple lanes to catch an exit it was about to miss. In the process, it clipped another vehicle, flipped over and tumbled, according to reports.

Hogan and his friend rushed to the scene, popping the girl’s airbag and helping her out of the overturned vehicle. Despite the terrifying scene, Bollea appeared to be okay.

Hogan and Rask stayed at the scene until the paramedics came and assessed the situation. They also offered information that could assist the investigation,

Daily took to her social media account to share the horrifying experience, expressing admiration for her husband and Jake. In her post, she gave details of the heroic actions taken, including puncturing the girl’s airbag and ensuring a swift evacuation.

“Last night, after we left dinner in Tampa, we saw a car flip in front of us!” she wrote. “I truly admire my husband @hulkhogan and our good buddy @jakerask for springing into action, puncturing the girl’s airbag, and getting her quickly out of the car. By all appearances, she was unscathed, just really rattled, which is an absolute miracle!”

In a new tweet, Hogan reveals that he used a ballpoint pen to pop the airbags and get the girl out.

“The crazy part about the teenager that flipped her car was that without a knife to puncture the airbags to get her out, an Indian Rocks Christian ballpoint pen came in handy to pot the bags. Thank you, God, all is well even now, Amen. HH.”

According to reports, Bollea seemed to be doing alright after the rescue, but the extent of her injuries remains unclear at this time. It is unclear if the driver who reportedly caused the crash was located.

Hogan and his wife have been making headlines recently, which includes them getting baptized in December. The wrestler had a ceremony at Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Florida, where he called it “the greatest day of my life.”

“Total surrender and dedication to Jesus is the greatest day of my life,” he posted on Instagram. “No worries, no hate, no judgment… only love!”
